| JD | 1. Thorough knowledge to read the RM datasheets and understand the critical parameters 2. QAP design knowledge for IQCD/ IPQC/QC 3. Thorough product knowledge and specification reading proficiency 4. Routine testing and inspection call scheduling and monitoring 5. 5s in the QC/ QA dept 6. Awareness and implementation of quality tools 8d, 5why, pareto analysis, fishbone, fmea etc 7. Cost saving / kaizen projects 8. Giving training to junior personnels in qc dept as well as to the production operators for repeated line failure and related operator issues. 9. Keep updated with field failure issues and train the qc team to take necessary preventive 10. Actions to avoid recurrence 11. Railway product specifications update through marketing, service team interactions and necessary information flow between the teams |
